Hourly Rates for Divorce/Family Law and Business Representation

$250/hour for attorney time
$70/hour for paralegal time

Consultations –$250/hour, First half-hour FREE

Flat Fee Divorce Representation

Non-Contested Divorces – $1,500 plus filing fees

This includes the preparation of all documents required to obtain a Decree of Dissolution of Marriage when the parties have agreed upon all issues.

Contested Divorce Flat Fee Package – $ 5,000 plus filing and service of process fees.

Complete representation for qualifying cases from the initial consultation through settlement before mediation or settlement as a result of mediation, whichever occurs first, including the initial consultation, the preparation of all necessary documents from the filing of the initial pleadings to the final settlement documents, all telephone calls, conferences, letters, e-mails, Mandatory Disclosures, and mediation.

Should your case not settle before or at mediation, subsequent services, including litigation, will be billed at the above hourly rates.

Post Decree Modifications – Flat fees quoted based upon the nature of the case.
