Lease Drafting and Review

The drafting and review of a Lease is critical to any lease transaction.  All terms of the Lease must be spelled out and every agreement between the landlord and tenant must be included in the Lease.  Many Lease provisions have serious consequences which must be understood and considered before signing a Lease.
