Real Estate Disputes

Real estate disputes often arise between co-owners or buyers and sellers.  Many times co-owners disagree about the use of a piece of property, whether to sell it, or on the terms of a potential sale.  Sometimes title issues arise which must be addressed.  Whether resolved by agreement or through litigation, care should be taken when drafting any new deeds, deeds of trust, promissory notes, etc. which may become necessary after the resolution of such issues.
