Landlord/Tenant Disputes

Even in residential situations, landlord/tenant disputes may arise.  Typically, these disputes involve rent payments, the condition of the property, repairs, or alterations to the property.  Colorado now has a Warranty of Habitability requiring all residential rentals to be fit for human habitation and free of materially dangerous or hazardous conditions to the tenant’s life, health or safety.
