Commercial Lease Disputes

Commercial lease disputes can arise in various forms.  Many times a landlord and tenant may disagree about a lease provision.  More likely, a tenant may wish to terminate a lease early, perhaps because of a downturn in business.  In those situations, a landlord and tenant may negotiate a way for the tenant to leave on mutually agreeable terms.  If that cannot be done, litigation sometimes becomes necessary.  In either case, it is important to have competent representation.
